Lelaki itu tergesa-gesa mengayuh sepedanya. Jarak 1, 5 KM antara rumah dan eki hanya ia tempuh dengan waktu 10 menit saja, hal itu ia lakukan setiap hari, dari senin sampai jum`at, dalam satu pekan. Hanya ada satu tekad dalam hatinya bahwa ia tidak boleh terlambat sampai ke tempat kerja.
Sudah satu bulan ia menjalani profesinya sebagai kaisha-in di sebuah perusahaan Jepang. Dan sekarang memasuki bulan kedua ia bekerja. Sebenarnya, ia bekerja di bidang Networking System pada perusahaan tersebut, namun karena baru masuk, maka ia harus menjalani masa training 2 bulan, yaitu training pada bidang produksi dan marketing. Selanjutnya jika sudah melalui masa training, ia akan bekerja sesuai dengan bidangnya.
Ada hal yang menarik yang pernah ia alami selama masa training. Ketika memasuki bulan kedua bekerja, ia mendapat tugas menjual produk perusahaan tersebut di sebuah toko khusus barang-barang elektronik, tempatnya di Shinjuku-Shi.
Ada dua orang yang ditugaskan dari perusahaan untuk berjualan di tempat itu, yaitu dia dan satu orang temannya. Selama berjualan, temannya itu tidak mau bersikap selayaknya orang yang sedang jualan, ia enggan mengucapkan "iresshaimasse", kata-kata yang biasa diucapkan ketika ada konsumen datang, ia hanya berdiri dan jalan-jalan di seputar counter. Selain itu, teman satu timnya itu selalu menginginkan pulang lebih awal tidak sesuai dengan jam kerja.
Ia merasa tidak cocok dengan temannya, namun ia menahan diri untuk tetap bersabar. Ia lakukan tugasnya selayaknya seorang penjual. Ia semangat dalam menyambut konsumen dengan ucapan-ucapan "irashaimasse", membersihkan produk-produk perusahaan dengan "kemoceng" dan pulang sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan.
Namun, semakin hari, sikap temannya semakin membuatnya jengkel. Temannya tidak bisa diajak bekerjasama, meskipun sebenarnya temannya itu sering dimarahi oleh "bos", karena tidak bekerja dengan baik. Padahal, etos kerja akan mempengaruhi hasil.
Benar saja... Sudah kurang lebih 2 pekan tidak ada satu produk pun yang terjual. Ia sempat kecewa...karena hal ini akan mempengaruhi nilai kinerja dia di mata perusahaan, karena setelah training ia harus mempresentasikan hasil trainingnya itu. Jika memang hasilnya nol, maka ia akan merasa kecewa sekali, karena selama ini ia telah bekerja keras dan berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk bisa menjual produk perusahaan.
Kembali lelaki itu tergesa menuju eki, ini adalah hari terakhir ia bekerja sebagai penjual produk perusahaannya. Ketika keluar dari rumahnya, ia sempat khawatir, sudah hari terakhir tapi belum satu produk pun yang terjual. Namun ia tetap menjalankan amanah kerjanya dengan semaksimal mungkin. Ia tetap semangat dalam menawarkan barang-barang pada konsumen.
Masa-masa terakhir berjualan, ia benar-benar pasrah pada Allah, dalam hatinya diam-diam ia berdoa, hanya Allah yang tau apa yang ia minta. Ia pasrah, ia ridho apa yang akan Allah tetap kan baginya, sampai akhirnya, ketika ia sedang berdiri menunggu konsumen di dekat salah satu produk perusahaan, ada seseorang yang memanggilnya dan bertanya seputar produk yang dijualnya, kemudian orang tersebut membelinya.
Alhamdulillah ya Allah... Hanya itu yang bisa ia ungkapkan... Ternyata ia berhasil menjual produk perusahaannya meskipun hanya 1. Kemudian ia tersadar, subhanallah... Kenapa Allah memberikan kesempatan ini padanya, bukan kepada temannya...ia berfikir jika saja yang berdiri di sana adalah temannya itu, maka temannya yang akan berhasil menjual. Tetapi memang Allah Maha Adil, apa yang ia tanam maka ia sendiri yang akan menuai dan kualitasnya akan sesuai dengan bibit yang di tanam.
Selain itu, biasanya pertolongan Allah akan datang ketika manusia sudah benar-benar ada pada titik zero... Yaitu titik kepasrahan sepenuhnya kepada Allah, tidak ada lagi faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi keyakinannya terhadap ketentuan Allah, di mana Tawakkal sudah memenuhi jiwanya.
Maka, kembalilah pada titik zero.pasrah sepenuhnya kepada Allah setelah berikhtiar dengan kesungguhan, kembalilah pada Allah yang menentukan segalanya.
Faidzaa`azzamta fatawakkal`alallah...
